Sherly Teh
Head of Operations
Sherly Teh brings over 15 years of cross-functional experience to her role as Head of Operations at SOL Integrative Wellness Centre. Having grown within the organisation from Personal Assistant to the Managing Director through to Business Development Manager, she assumed her current position in 2026 — a progression that reflects both her deep institutional knowledge of SOL and her proven ability to lead at every level. Her background spans healthcare, biotechnology, telecommunications, and investment development across PLC, MNC, and SME environments, including international exposure in Laos, Southeast Asia, China and South Africa, giving her a uniquely broad perspective that strengthens SOL's operational and strategic direction.Â
Academically distinguished, Sherly holds a First-Class Honours degree in Business Administration from the University of Hertfordshire, UK — an achievement made while working full-time. She combines sharp analytical thinking with hands-on operational expertise, overseeing the full spectrum of SOL's day-to-day operations, from HR and financial management to strategic partnerships and business development, ensuring that the centre runs with both efficiency and heart. Â
Beyond her operational role, Sherly is a passionate advocate for integrative and functional medicine — a conviction rooted in personal experience. As a patient herself, she has witnessed the profound impact of a root-cause, whole-person approach to health, and is currently a candidate for Certified Functional Medicine Health Coach certification under the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy (FMCA), USA. She firmly believes that health is not solely determined by genetics or family history, but by the choices we make every day — and she is dedicated to living that belief as both a professional and a role model.Â
At SOL, Sherly embodies the centre's core values of Compassion, Kaizen, and Integrity. She is committed to advancing SOL's vision of Better Ways to Live Better — not just as an operational leader, but as someone who truly believes in the healing power of integrative medicine and its potential to transform lives, including her own.Â
