How Does Colon Hydrotherapy Work?
Colon hydrotherapy is done by gently inserting a tube into the rectum allowing clean filtered water to enter the colon. As the water enters into the colon, you will start to feel full like the bloating sensation from eating a meal, this is followed by a relax feeling as the colon is emptied.
This process is repeated several times to make sure that the old waste, gas, toxicity and parasite is out of your colon. In SOL, we practice a close system hydrotherapy treatment. Our nurse will be there to help you massage your abdomen to ensure that you receive a full and effective cleanse. The whole treatment process generally will take around 30-45 mins in one session.
Before the session:

Drink a few litres of water throughout the day to ensure that you are well-hydrated for your session.

Fasting with water is great before the session but if unable to do so, healthy and nourishing foods can be taken at least two to four hours before your colonic but no food or beverage should be consumed in the two hours before your appointment.
During the screening:

Take off your sunglasses, watches or any jewellery before the screening.

Women will have to take off the bra before the screening.

You stand fully clothed in long pants and a long-sleeved button-up shirt as the first set of measurements (temperature on all the points) is taken.

Then you disrobe to your underwear to expose your skin to the room-air for a 10-minute cooling period before the points are measured for a second time.

After this, you dress again and wait for your result to be generated. The test data is computed by the system and you will receive a printout within 15 minutes.
